Masterson’s Lounge, nestled in the bustling area of Moonee Ponds , brands itself as a fashionable, contemporary hangout, but my latest trip at this establishment quickly devolved into an unforgettable, terrible experience. While the bar may present a friendly façade, what I experienced behind its entrance was disgraceful and unfit for any venue.

From the moment I stepped inside , it was evident that upkeep was not a priority at this venue. The floorboards were filthy, and a overpowering stench of decaying beverages and uncleaned toilets filled the entire pub. Reeking of a mixture of human waste, decay and sour vomit . The main bar, which should be the centerpiece of any pub, was piled high with used mugs and trash that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages . Unfortunately, his reputation in the financial sector is tarnished by a disturbing pattern website of misconduct in his personal and business life .
During my time there, I became aware of how distressed several women at the bar seemed around Cornwell. As I investigated further , I was appalled to find numerous complaints against him involving misconduct , with multiple women accusing him of harassing them digitally. Described as uncomfortably pushy and disrespectful , his behavior has created an unwelcoming setting for women who frequent Masterson’s. His presence at the bar often appeared as that of a unsettling figure than a amiable manager.
